Can I get a refund on an item I purchased?
At Big Girlz Move with Ted, the safety and health of our employees and customers is paramount. We are committed to doing so as responsibly and safely as possible. The ways in which we interact with one another and our customers has significantly changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, certain policies and procedures have been modified, and new requirements introduced, to ensure we are adhering to applicable health and safety guidelines and complying with state and local law. Therefore, all sales are final and there are no exchanges or refunds. Any issue with an item(s), you must contact us BY PHONE (1-888-447-5901) within 24 hours of receiving your package(s).
Shipping and Handling:
Please allow up to 2-3 business day for processing. Business days DO NOT INCLUDE weekend or holidays. Processing time may be extended during after holidays and promotional sales. Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday, up until 12:00pm -Eastern Standard Time. All orders are shipped via USPS. Big Girlz Move with Ted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, Big Girlz Move with Ted will not replace any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. Big Girlz Move with Ted is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery. In the event that your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) for further assistance.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing is complete, all orders ship in 1 to 5 business days, and 2 to 4 weeks for International delivery. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with shipping and tracking information. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS THAT MAY RESULT FROM USPS OR NATURAL OCCURRENCES.
